When you look through binoculars the typical way, you  see small or distant objects magnified. If you turn it around and look through the other end of the binoculars, you will see even large or close objects appear minimized.

When it comes to choosing to live a Fired Up! life, one needs to decide which end of one’s binoculars to use and then carefully choose to focus on either your personal, God-given strengths or your areas of weaknesses.

Unfortunately, most people tend to magnify their weaknesses at the expense of minimizing their view of their strengths.  This results in a Fizzled Out life.

Trying to magnify one’s strengths makes a lot of sense because they probably have the largest capacity for growth. Our weaknesses just need to be minimized so as to not hold us back from achieving our goals. As an old song goes…”You’ve got to accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative!”

Focusing one’s mental binoculars on one’s strengths has the power to bring a magnified life into clear view and you can begin living your Fired Up Life!
